Hi;
My name is Ken and I'm a new owner of a 1982 CB900C. I don't have any service manual or such yet so I hope to pick peoples brains for some info. My profession is in the oil refining business. I work as a scheduler and a fuels blender, been doing that for over 20 years. It is getting near time to retire so I picked up this CB900C in order to have a big bike for traveling. I'm currently accumulating Vetter bags and a fairing. The bike is in good shape but needs servicing. I plan to clean it up and make a full dress highway tourer out of it. This forum seems ideal for getting to know people with similar bikes and for learning stuff that manuals and rider reviews don't cover. I also collect old bikes, so I have some knowlege of my own to share. I'm glad to be here and hope to make a bunch of new friends.. See ya'll. |
