Just wanted to introduce myself.
I just bought a 82 CB900C for $750 on craigslist. As you could probably guess, it needs a little TLC. Also, I'm young and DUMB! (although, thats not how I ride - safety first!).
I plan on doing all the work/maintinace myself. I do have some basic mechanical knowledge; Ive worked on quite a few cars, trucks, and dirtbikes. But this is my first time with a motorcycle.
First thing I did was buy a clymers and actually read it, but it seems to have left a lot out. Hopefully you guru's can help me fill in the gaps. |

Hi and welcome.
I prefer Haynes manuals to Clymers, but my experience is that neither covers everything as well as the FSM. You can download the FSM in the technical publications section of this forum. I printed it out and put the pages in document protectors. It all fit in a 3" binder. |
