The same principal applies to posting links to your own ebay auctions. This is a participation self help forum, not a place to come place ads to sell your stuff.

Reading the New Member's Thread and complying with the rules is also required.

Introduce yourself in the Welcome and Forum Announcements section and come into the chit chat area and exchange some cordial pleasantries. We prefer to keep this on a friendly basis, so hang out a little bit and be part of the brotherhood. Get involved in the current questions and answers going on. A good technical question that isn't clear in the Honda Shop Manual is a good qualifying post.

Also:

When you sell an item, please mark it sold in the thread, and also go to the original post and edit it and
add the word "SOLD" to the title of the thread so people don't have to waste time on it.
