Something's not quite setup correctly yet and we're still getting this message:

This is generated when the system tries to send out an automatic e-mail when, for instance, you send a PM or your Reply to a message that somebody is tracking. Your message/PM will still go through but the e-mail notification for your message/PM might not.
As soon as we can figure the correct settings to make this go away we'll put them in. In the meantime, I really don't need any more examples. I know it's happening and am trying to fix it.
We now return you to your regular programming. |

I don't get the debug message on tracked messages, just PMs. The PMs go out, as can be verified by checking my outbox, I just get the debug message. |

Something else : may or may not be related ... On the Forum Index page , I get sporadic notices of new replies . The diamond on the left should darken as well as the little yellowish brownish square should appear .
Sometimes I have to look at the time stamps to tell if a thread has a new post . |

If you select "View posts since last visit" you won't have to rely on those icons. Faster way to browse, too.
I'll look into the debug message.
EDIT: OK, looks like the service provider's e-mail transport (Sendmail) is down. Hopefully it will be back up soon. If not, I'll have to figure out how to file a trouble report but I expect they already know...
I'll keep an eye on the error log.. |
