The cart makes my head hurt. It will run 4-6 mph forwards and about 15 mph in reverse. Where's the governor? The motor is a 250 cc 2 cycle that runs both forward and backwards(note the throw switch in front of the muffler). The starter is also a generator, and it runs and charges both ways. What makes it extra cool is the axle and how it's set up. I was going to take a bucket truck 750cc gensat without the generator and use the hydraulic pump and make it hydrostatic. A freaking week before I got laid off and was going to hook it up, one of the other generators failed and I had to use the spare. Oh yeah, I worked as a Splicer/Lineman for a cable TV contractor for Comcast.
I love the old vintage stuff that not everyone has a chance to buy every day. It's not that it cost a lot, by any means. Just at the right place at the right time. Check out my 60 Speed boat.
Something a little funny for everyone to look at is my ol mans chopper from the 70's or something. ha ha
