Hi everyone. I'm Luca and I write from Italy. I learned about the Honda CB Customs around 2014. However as soon as I learned that the CB 900 C and CB1000 C were only sold in the USA and Canada I thought it would be almost impossible to get one here in Italy. Well I managed to find one in the Netherlands. I bought it on February 15th (I commissioned an international transport service) and I received it on March 03rd (I was not present when the bike was delivered). Today I went to the place where it was delivered (in my parents' property, as before bringing it to my house it will have to be fixed) and as I walked on the sidewalk, I saw it from about 100 meters away and I got excited. You could only see the front, next to a Suzuki GSX 1200 (which I bought to fix and resell). The first thing I noticed from a distance was the very long fork and the very high pullback handlebar. I fell in love with it. Although it is very dirty and with several elements to fix, I rode it: the position is excellent. It's very comfortable! Saddle, handlebar, I'm really good in it! Set in motion? Without even having to pull the choke lever, it fired as soon as I hit the start button! A lightning! Very smooth engine! Smooth accelerator! This motorcycle will be a very long love story! I love her! A dream that came true! It'll be wonderful when I'm done setting up and got it almost perfect to use! |

Thanks for the warm welcome. As soon as I have completed the conservative restoration of my CB 1000 C, I will post numerous photographs. |
