the old one has some vitality and activity to it. it's dynamic and vibrant without being busy or overdone. the new one borrows form it, but without the background, i kinda feel like it's missing something important. it's clean and well done, i just kinda like the old one for what it's worth. |

I finally voted, I voted for the old one. I didn't want to affect the early direction and turnout so I waited a while to see how it was going. A couple of things I like better about it, and the new one is just too plain for my taste. I can live with it though.
The old one has a very friendly feeling to me, kind of warm and fuzzy. The shading and highlights on the fonts are pretty sophisticated, and I like the background. I wish the background was bigger though, with maybe a fade into the gradient fill of the header it sits in, or a fade to a transparent background.

The only thing I didn't like about the old one was that DOHC kinda faded into the background, just needed more color or shading or black or wtfdik, I cut glass for a living |

Those DOHC letters need some strings on them before they float off |

I did not even see the new one until this morning, it was still the old one last night while this poll was up.
I voted for hookers, oh wait, there was no hooker option and that should negate the whole poll.
I voted for the old one. |

The is on my tab in Firefox, but I had to clear my cache to see the new logo.
I was still looking at the old logo when I voted that it is OK.
Shows how much I pay attention to stuff... |
