clean out the carbs and the gas tank...right off the bat. if the tank is not too rusty inside, a simple "boiling" by a radiator shop should clean it up nicely. the carbs and intake assembly ...

you probably couldn't make it "mint" if you wanted to. parts are getting too hard to find anymore.....because too many people get a hold of these bikes and cut them all up.....sound familiar ...

the floats do go bad n these carbs, but usually not all of them. sometimes you can find whole racks of carbs for these bikes ...
