Hello everyone. Hope your enjoying unseasonably the warm riding weather. We'll let you know when it reaches us. 
My name is Ben. Just recently purchased a 1981 cb750 custom, and thought i'd stop by and see what everyone has to say about them. I've been through a long line of CBs, such as a 1974 cb750, a 1972 cb175, and a 1976 cb500t. Gotta love the classics.
There has been a question on my mind, and i don't know if yinz can answer it. Is an 81' cb 750K seat a direct fit on a cb750C? I was looking at a pretty cool custom seat for an 81 cb750k that i think would really tie my bike together in a different way. If any of you have any input I would love to hear from ya.

I enabled my sig and what not. That's bizarre. Looking at pictures of the seat pans you'd think they would be a direct fit, but i guess not? O well. |

I am from the burgh and so is my wife. Me Oakmont, wife- Shaler. Our family owns a golf course up towards Butler. LakeVue North. Ever hear of it? |

I was just having a beer at the oakmont tavern not 24 hours ago, and I believe my uncle used to play up in LakeVue once or twice. Small world ain't it? I'm currently residing in the Penn Hills area. God knows there are enough hills in this area to practice my shifting. lol.

haha - I used to terrorize Oakmont with my 1980 cb900c in 80 -81. Before that my cb750, and later with an 82 XL500R.
My dad still lives in Oakmont. There are so many bars on the main drag in Oakmont, you could have just one drink in each one starting at Hulton Road,, walk to the next bar and get a drink, and be totally blasted by the time you got to Verona. Wore out alot of shoes doing that. Ha! |
