I am asking a question regarding quality posts, I am a somewhat new member here and so far I have been able to solve all of my technical problems with either searching and reading or downloading those great manuals. I'm just a back yard mechanic and my assistant (girlfriends son) is who the bike will be for when we get it totally road ready. Because of being able to just about figure it all out from searching first (I did read all of the new member rules) I have not had much to post. Now I do have some spare parts for the 750 that I would like to sell because they are just taking up space in my basement and I would prefer someone that needs them uses them instead of collecting dust down there. Any recommondations as to what I should try to post to hit the minimum so I can list them? Hope this isn't considered a dumb questions, if so I apologize in advance. Let me know.

ps. after driving my "assistant" crazy reading all the information about the pods vs. air box I finally convinced him to take off the pods and put the box back on, just completed that last nite we will be trying to start and tune it tonight, we could never get it in tune or running well with pods, I hope you are right with this one, if not I will never hear the end of it! Very Happy

Raytrain, as far as the pods are concerned you will find that the info here is correct but the only true way to know is to get the bike running perfectly in all respects and then put the pods on and see what kind of trouble you get.

It is great that all of your questions have been answered just by reading and looking up the info on this site. As to selling, well you just need to PM and Administrator to see what they have to say.

If you can post some before and after pix, that'll go a long way towards clearing the dreaded "quality posts" limit! Wink
